This week’s site meeting saw a productive collaboration between AME Electrical, National Grid, and design consultants Consillium, as we move forward with plans for a significant supply upgrade at one of our client’s factory premises.
A range of options were discussed during the meeting, giving us a clear route toward applying for an upgraded supply. The project will involve:
💚Installation of a new transformer
💚Fitting of a new panel board and MCCB chamber
💚Alterations and reconnection of existing 240mm SWA and 185mm SWA cabling
As you can see from some of the photos, the existing panel is in dire need of replacement. We’re looking forward to getting the design finalised and commencing works on-site very soon.
